The Meade County-Brandenburg Industrial Development Authority is composed of six civic-minded board members who have established solid economic development objectives for the Meade County-Brandenburg area. The new Buttermilk Falls industrial park meets that goal.
Our primary goals are to establish new employment opportunities, and to implement a support mechanism to support existing businesses.

Thank you for your interest in our industrial sites located on the Ohio River near Brandenburg, Kentucky. Kentucky is tied for the 9th lowest overall business cost in the nation with a labor index of 93 and energy index of 71. The Buttermilk Falls industrial park has riverfront access and has also been certified by CSX Railroad. The newly developed river site is not only slated to be the premier river site in the Louisville area but the entire state of Kentucky.
