Bullet points from Gov.'s April 3 update

Gov. said that every restriction will be in place until the end of the month. He said that the public must remain vigilant in practicing the CDC recommendations (social distancing, hand washing, etc.).

He urged the public not to travel at all unless absolutely necessary for work and/or supplies.

Today's update:

90 new cases. Brings us to a total of 831, which is the official state number. Gov. said this is somewhat positive news because we are not escalating every day or other day right now. He believes that is directly attributable to the hard work Kentuckians have done.

"I believe that, when we see these numbers, it means that you are making a difference," the Gov. said.

Six people have died due to COVID-19 today. 228 folks have fully recovered. The Gov. said they believe that's what they can confirm now, but he believed the real number was higher. They can confirm 15,572 people have been tested in the state.
