Essie Moats Williams Lisko



Essie Moats Williams Lisko of Irvington, KY passed away, Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the age of 89.

She was born in Mill Creek West Virginia to the late Maxwell M. and Bessie Collins Moats. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter Lisko, daughter Karen Hatfield, great- grandson Brandon Williams, four sisters and two brothers.

Essie is survived by her son Danny (Alma) Williams, daughter Brenda (Dennis) Strohmeyer, son-in-law Chuck Hatfield, 8 grandkids, 30 great-grandkids, 2 great-great-grandkids, 3 sisters; Edna Shuttleworth of Morgantown WV, Frances Moore of Elkins WV, and Ralfetta Cordes of Ft.Meyers FL, many nieces and nephews, and her faithful companion dog, Katie.

The family would like to extend special thanks to her friends and caregivers Rose and Melvin Day.

Private services will be held at a later date.
