Important updates from the Meade County School District from 3/19/20 to 3/25/20

Here are the latest updates from the Meade County School District from the past few days up until the time of this post, including the link to a video by Interim Superintendent Bill Adams posted on Facebook. Please note, that while the Meade County Messenger/MCKY staff is doing our best to keep you informed right now, all questions about any of these topics are best directed towards the school district who can accurately answer them.

If you need help feeding your child(ren), please know the school district is here to help! They are offering breakfast and lunch at the following times and locations below:

Unfortunately, Preschool and Kindergarten Registration for the 2020-2021 school year has been postponed. Parents, please stay vigilant for future information as to when this will be taking place.

K-Prep Testing has been canceled statewide for Kentucky. Please inform your children they will not have to worry about testing for this in the 2019-2020 school year.

If you have a child who is feeling overwhelmed by their emotions because of what is going on, the school has staff to help them. Please call their school and someone can talk to them. Phone numbers are provided on the image to the left.
