Two hours ago the Meade County School District posted this announcement in regards to the change in status for Meade County and what it might mean for in person classes:
"-- Current Incidence Rate for October 22--
We want to share the current KDPH COVID-19 Dashboard that is used to determine our ability to host in-person instruction each week.
There will be in-person instruction in Meade County tomorrow, Friday, October 23rd.
Based on the official map from the Kentucky Department of Public Health, the current COMMUNITY incidence rate for Meade County is 26.5 (up from 19.5 last Thursday).
Since our current Community Incidence rate is above 25.0 for the first time, we will make an announcement regarding school for next week on Friday, October, 23rd.
