Mr. Frank C. Beasley


Mr. Frank C. Beasley, 80 years old, died Friday, February 5, 2021, at his residence in Brandenburg, Kentucky. Frank was born on January 6, 1941, in Grayson County to Martin and Ollie Preston Beasley. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Wavie, Harold, and Billy Beasley; his infant sister, Fanny Beasley; his favorite uncle, Roscoe Preston; his sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Beasley, Phyllis Beasley, and Barbie Beasley; his father-in-law, Elmer Biddle; his mother-in-law, Frances Biddle; and his brother-in-law, Billy Biddle.

Frank is survived by his wife, Wilma Biddle Beasley; his son, Frankie Beasley, and daughter-in-law, Sally Beasley; his daughter, Shannon Beasley and her boyfriend, Jamie Shaw; and two grandsons, Matthew and Michael Beasley, all of Brandenburg. He is also survived by eight siblings: R. J. Beasley, Taylorsville, Kentucky; Lendal Beasley, Leitchfield, Kentucky; Mary Lou Sanders, Leitchfield, Kentucky, Loretta Lawson and her husband, Phillip Lawson of Taylorsville, Kentucky, Dollie Cecil and her husband Chris Cecil of Corydon, Indiana, Kenny Beasley and Kathy Beasley, Brandenburg, Kentucky, Doug Beasley and his wife, Tammie Beasley, of Brandenburg, and Cleatis Beasley of Brandenburg. He is also survived by his step-mother-in-law, Sophia Biddle, Cadiz, Kentucky; his brothers-in-law, Larry Biddle, Cadiz, Kentucky, Don Biddle and his wife, Lynn Biddle, of Battletown, Kentucky, Doug Biddle and his wife, Bonnie Biddle of Brandenburg; his sisters-in-law, Donna Biddle of Cadiz, Kentucky, Sheila Butler and her husband, Larry Butler of Brandenburg, Kentucky, Marilyn Adkisson and her husband, Timmy Adkisson, of Vine Grove, Kentucky, He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews, and his good friend, Eddie Lawson.

Frank worked at Fort Knox, Kentucky, chemical companies, and Envirosystems, Inc. until his retirement.

Frank was the world’s greatest gardener and loved to can the vegetables from his garden. He loved to tell stories which were always interesting because he never told a story the same way twice. He loved Bluegrass music, especially music by Dr. Ralph Stanley. Frank loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen per Frank’s wishes and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hager Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.hagerfuneralhome.com.
