Dr. Bridgette Scheible, her children, and the staff of Meade County Chiropractic made a boo-tiful presentation of Snow White, the Evil Queen, the magic mirror and 4 of the 7 dwarfs.

General Manager

The Meade County Messenger would like to thank all of the businesses that took part in our first ever Halloween Costume Contest. The proceeds collected from the contest fees are being donated to the Meade County Backpack Program, and we hope to make this a long-standing tradition here in Meade County for a little extra spooktacular fun every year while supporting a wonderful cause.

While the Messenger staff did dress up as various Disney Villains and participate, we did not consider ourselves in the running for the $100 grand prize gift card that is being awarded to the winning business.

Before announcing the winner, we would like to thank the following businesses who participated in this year’s contest: Meade County Public Library who dressed up in a variety of characters; BBTel who had four different groups participate by dressing up as the Wizard of Oz, Lumberjacks, a mime and a deer and Woodland Animals; Main Street Creamery staff dressed in decades attire for a travel through time; the Meade County Chiropractic office dressed up as Disney’s Snow White and supporting characters; and finally the Meade County Sheriff’s Office dressed up as a Sheriff and his inmates.

The business who followed the contest guidelines and received the most votes was... Meade County Chiropractic! Congratulations to Dr. Bridgette Scheible and her staff. We hope you enjoy the lunch you buy with your gift card.
