Left: A ribbon cutting was held at Stuart Pepper Middle School on Monday during an open house for the facility. The public was given the opportunity to tour the building and see the improvements. Light refreshments were served.

Right: Stuart Pepper stands beside Dr. John Millay as Millay discusses the journey toward a completed building with the crowd. The building, which initially opened in 1978, received a $20 million investment in order to bring it up to date.
