Brandenburg, Ky.- Tony Brown Chevrolet will be holding the first ever Trunk or Treat event for the community on Saturday October 31, 2020 beginning at 2pm on the front lot in Brandenburg, Ky.
Travis Flaherty is the owner of Tony Brown Chevrolet and is excited to bring this new event to Brandenburg while also following the CDC guidelines during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
“For the first time in years Halloween falls on a Saturday,” said Flaherty. “We want to give the kids a chance to get as much candy this special Halloween day while also ensuring they are safe.”
The Trunk or Treat even will be begin at 2pm outside in the front lot area. The reason for the early start time is to make sure that this event will not interfere with other exciting Halloween festivities happening in Meade county.
Amanda Zanone is the office manager or Tony Brown Chevrolet.
“We know a lot of people were a little worried about Halloween this year,” said Zanone. “This will give the community a chance to not only get the candy they deserve but also a fun and safe environment to do so.”
There will be no pushy sales tactics or cost to enter the event, Tony Brown Chevrolet will offer a sheets to fill out for parents who may be in the market but are low on time.
“We are not running this event to force anyone to buy something,” said Flaherty. “We just want to give back to the community who has given us so much.”
